Schedule
Most sessions take place on Fridays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Please note that there are two exceptions to the regular Friday schedule due to holiday adjustments and the final class. Specific dates will be shared with participants.

• February 19 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• February 26 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Optional networking lunch to follow
• March 5 | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• March 12 | 9:00 AM -2:00 PM
• March 19 | 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• March 25 | 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM (Thursday exception, Virtual)
• April 2 | BREAK
• April 9 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Optional networking lunch to follow
• April 16 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• April 22 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Reception to follow (Thursday exception)

Program Overview
Leadership Lab, managed by InnerWill, is a transformative leadership development program designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and support personal and professional growth. Through practical leadership strategies, increased self-awareness and actionable development plans, participants gain the tools and confidence to become more effective leaders.
